The first is the ‘charge letter’ and the second is my response.
The ‘charges’ were, I understand, drafted by Steve Williams. You will see what happens when daylight is shone on them.
It has been my long experience that one can usually tell how well process is to be managed by (1) the grip on which policy is being followed from the start and (2) how well decisions about suspension are handled. Neither go well, as we shall see in future weeks.
It appears the WSR plc told MyHR that there was no disciplinary policy in place. As we shall see, that was wrong,
