So, when facing a disciplinary hearing being conducted by an HR company with plainly no understanding of fair procedure; who attempted to run a sham meditation of the dispute ‘for window dressing’; who had excluded evidence gathered that was helpful to the accused.
Oh, and who had been paid thousands by a WSR plc Board that wanted a smokescreen of a fig leaf to justify its actions.
Well, this is what I wrote, expecting a hatchet job but not really believing it could be as bad as the nonsense produced by David Rigby of MyHR.
I had previously seen the HRA do useful things. But I will leave others to judge how useful it is now and what anyone gets from their subscription to the HRA.
