Can it really be just incompetence that only selected materials had been made available in advance of the hearing, excluding those helpful to the accused? I’ll let you decide.
Paul Whitehouse’s comments about WSR plc culture are, IMHO, telling.
Given that the determination, already provided at Chapter 12, cites not one fact in support of its conclusions, do look at the wealth of factual material available.
I will, over the next few Chapters, provide the material relied upon, including MyHR ‘independent’ investigator, David Ashton’s report.
