Following some comments last week, I looked back through the Subject Access Request documents, and they included the instructions from solicitors for MyHR to carry out the ‘independent’ investigation.
There are some curious features of these instructions.
Firstly, the solicitor clearly hasn’t understood the WSR family.
Secondly, he refers to his client as ‘he ’ not ‘they’, so it would appear that the Chairman, not the Railway is regarded as the client. Perhaps understandable given the close working relationship they would have established given the Chairman’s companies’ difficulties with the Transport Commissioners. Any decent company (or Chairman) would, IMHO have recognised the personal vendetta that he was conducting and ensured matters were handled by someone else.
And thirdly, there is the vitriol aimed very personally at me and no-one else. It would be interesting to understand when the other three ‘accused’ were added in.
But other aspects may strike you.
